Quickstart

Getting your Freedom Score takes under 5 minutes. Here's what you need.

What you'll need

  • Your approximate monthly income (after tax)
  • Your monthly expenses (rent, food, utilities, EMIs)
  • A rough sense of your investable assets — mutual funds, stocks, PPF, EPF, FDs, gold

You don't need exact figures. The score self-adjusts as you add more data.

Step 1 — Create an account

Go to app.freedomwise.in/auth and sign up with email or Google.

Step 2 — Set up your profile

Go to My Money → Preferences. Enter:

  • Current age and target retirement age
  • Annual expenses
  • Inflation assumption (default: 5%)

Step 3 — Add your assets

Go to My Money → Assets. Add at least one asset. The more complete your data, the more accurate the score.

Step 4 — Run your Freedom Score

Go to FI Intelligence → Freedom Score. The score is computed instantly, no AI credits required.

What the score tells you

The score has three components:

  • FI Progress (40 pts) — how far along you are toward your FI corpus
  • Compounding Quality (40 pts) — how well your portfolio is compounding
  • Resilience (20 pts) — emergency fund, insurance, debt load
