1. Acceptance

By accessing Freedomwise at www.freedomwise.in or app.freedomwise.in, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Not financial advice

Freedomwise is a financial planning computation tool, not a SEBI-registered investment advisor. All content, scores, projections, and AI outputs are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on Freedomwise constitutes investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security or financial product.

For investment advice, consult a SEBI-registered investment advisor. The Audited Freedom Score (AFS) attests to data accuracy — not to the suitability of any financial strategy for your situation.

3. Account and data

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter. The Freedom Score is only as accurate as your inputs. You may not use Freedomwise to enter false or misleading financial data to obtain an artificially high score.

4. Prohibited use

• Attempting to reverse-engineer or extract proprietary algorithms
• Automated scraping of public data (leaderboard, stories, learn content)
• Impersonating another user or advisor
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose

5. Subscriptions and credits

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Credits purchased in packs never expire. Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.

6. Limitation of liability

Freedomwise is provided as-is. We are not liable for any financial decisions made based on information from the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, India.
