Public Data Controls
The public Freedomwise site (www.freedomwise.in) shows only what you explicitly choose to share. This page explains the controls.
Leaderboard
Default: Off. Your score does not appear on the leaderboard or in peer distribution statistics.
How to enable: Settings → Leaderboard → toggle on. Choose your display handle.
What's shared: Score range (not exact), age bucket, FIRE stage, SFS/AFS badge.
To disable: Toggle off. Removed within 24 hours.
Stories
Default: No stories published. Your name and data don't appear.
How to publish: Write a story at app.freedomwise.in/stories/compose. Optionally embed your Freedom Score chart or asset chart. Submit for review.
Review process: An admin reviews the story for factual content, community guidelines compliance, and optional embedded data consent. Approval typically takes 1–3 days.
What's shared: The text you write, optionally your Freedom Score visualization, optionally your handle. Your name is shown only if you include it in the story text.
To unpublish: Contact support@freedomwise.in or use the delete option from your story list.
Badge embeds
If your advisor has attested your score (AFS), you can embed your badge on LinkedIn, personal websites, or other platforms.
What the badge shows: Your score range, your handle, FIRE stage, and the "Audited by [Advisor name]" line.
To get an embeddable badge code: go to app.freedomwise.in/fi → click "Share Badge" → copy embed code.
